Commercial Licence
Every bundle on PrintYouth includes a full commercial licence at no extra cost — one payment, permanent rights, no revenue share. This page explains exactly what that licence covers, in plain English.
1. Scope of This Licence
This licence applies to every design bundle sold on PrintYouth, whether purchased individually or as part of an "Unlimited" bundle. It sets out what you may and may not do with the artwork you receive, and takes effect the moment your order is confirmed and your download link is issued.
2. What's Included
Each bundle includes the design files in the formats listed on its product page — commonly print-ready PNG, and where noted, layered PSD and vector EPS files for further editing. Every bundle carries the same commercial licence described on this page; a higher-priced or "Unlimited" bundle includes more designs, not a different set of rights.
3. Permitted Uses
With this licence, you can:
- Print these designs on merchandise — t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, phone cases and similar products — and sell the finished product for profit
- List and sell on print-on-demand and marketplace platforms, including Merch by Amazon, Etsy, Redbubble, Printful, Printify, Spreadshirt and TeePublic
- Sell through your own online store, at markets or events, or wholesale to retailers
- Edit, recolour, crop, resize, or combine a design with your own artwork to create a new listing
- Use a single bundle across unlimited products, unlimited print runs, and unlimited stores
- Keep using the files indefinitely — this licence does not expire and never needs renewing
4. Prohibited Uses
This licence does not allow you to:
- Resell, share, or give away the raw design files themselves — as a bundle, individually, or repackaged into a new "bundle"
- Upload the source files to another marketplace or platform as a downloadable digital product
- Claim that you created the original artwork
- Register the artwork itself as your own trademark or design mark
- Use a design in a way that infringes a third party's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property
5. Print-on-Demand & Marketplaces
Most PrintYouth customers list on POD platforms, and this licence supports that — you can upload the artwork, or your edited version of it, to as many POD platforms and storefronts as you like. Each platform enforces its own content and intellectual-property rules on top of this licence, and your listing lives on your account, not ours — so it's worth checking a platform's specific policies, especially for marketplaces like Merch by Amazon that review listings before they go live.
6. Editing & Derivative Work
You're free to edit, recolour, crop, resize, or combine any design with your own artwork or text. Most sellers who build a lasting catalogue do exactly this — it's also the easiest way to make sure your listing doesn't look identical to another seller's, since the same bundle is available to other buyers too (see Non-Exclusivity below). Files supplied in layered PSD or vector EPS format exist specifically to make this kind of editing easier.
7. Trademarks & Third-Party Rights
Some designs reference or are styled after popular culture. Our licence covers the artwork we created and sell to you — it does not grant you any rights to a third-party brand, character, or logo that the artwork may resemble or reference. Before listing a design, check the intellectual-property rules of the platform you're selling on; marketplaces like Merch by Amazon enforce these strictly, and it's your account, not ours, that carries the risk of a takedown.
8. Ownership
Buying a bundle gives you a licence to use the artwork commercially — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork itself. PrintYouth retains ownership of the underlying artwork. In short: you're buying the right to sell what these designs become, not the designs themselves.
9. Multiple Stores, Unlimited Use
This licence is tied to you as the buyer, not to a single store or platform. If you run several shops, sell across multiple marketplaces, or move from one platform to another, the same licence covers you everywhere — there's no need to buy the bundle again per storefront, and no cap on how many units you print or sell.
10. Licence Duration
There's nothing to renew. Your licence is granted once, at the point of purchase, and lasts for as long as you keep using the files — indefinitely. There's no subscription, no annual fee, and no per-design royalty on what you sell.
11. Refunds & This Licence
Because files are delivered instantly on purchase, this licence takes effect as soon as your download link is issued. Consistent with our Refund Policy, we're generally unable to offer a refund once a download link has been issued. If your order genuinely failed to deliver, see the Refund Policy for how to reach us.
12. Non-Exclusivity
PrintYouth bundles are not sold exclusively — other buyers can purchase the same pack you did. This is what keeps prices low: an exclusive library of this size would cost many times more. Most sellers who do well with these bundles edit, recolour, or combine designs so their listings aren't identical to anyone else's, which this licence explicitly allows.
13. Changes to This Licence
We may update this licence from time to time — for example, to clarify a term or reflect a new platform. Any bundle you've already purchased remains covered by the licence terms in effect at the time of your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
