Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of printyouth.com and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using printyouth.com ("the Site"), or by purchasing a design bundle through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.
2. Description of Service
PrintYouth sells digital graphic design bundles — PNG, and where noted, layered PSD and vector EPS artwork files — intended primarily for print-on-demand (POD) use. Every purchase is a digital product delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped, and no physical goods are exchanged as part of any transaction on the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase from the Site. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
4. Account-Free Purchasing
You don't need to create an account to buy from PrintYouth. Your order is tied to the email address you provide at checkout — keep that email safe, since it's how your download link and order history are recovered if needed. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at the time of purchase.
5. Products & Licensing
Every bundle comes with a commercial-use licence permitting you to print the designs on physical merchandise and sell the finished product, including via print-on-demand platforms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, and does not permit reselling or redistributing the raw design files themselves. The full terms of this licence — including permitted and prohibited uses — are set out in our Commercial Licence, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time without notice; the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order. All payments are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. Razorpay handles currency conversion automatically for international cards. PrintYouth does not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank account details — that data is handled entirely by Razorpay under its own security and privacy practices.
7. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link on-screen and by email. Delivery is instant and fully digital. Full details of how this works, and what to do if a delivery issue occurs, are set out in our Delivery Policy.
8. Refunds
Because these are instantly-delivered digital goods, refunds are limited to specific circumstances — such as a failed delivery or a duplicate charge. Full details, including how to request one, are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of PrintYouth or any third party
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or its file-hosting infrastructure
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or purchase from the Site outside of normal browsing and checkout
- Use a purchased bundle in a manner that exceeds or contradicts the rights granted under our Commercial Licence
10. Intellectual Property
Except for the rights expressly granted to you under our Commercial Licence for purchased artwork, all content on the Site — including its design, layout, text, and branding — remains the property of PrintYouth or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site relies on third-party services to operate — including Razorpay for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Google Drive for file hosting — and may link to third-party platforms such as Merch by Amazon, Etsy, or Redbubble. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service or site, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all design bundles are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintYouth makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or any bundle, including — without limitation — any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any design will result in a specific sales outcome for you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintYouth's total liability arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any bundle — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the bundle giving rise to the claim. PrintYouth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of a purchased design.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PrintYouth harmless from any claim, loss, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of a purchased bundle in a way that breaches these terms or our Commercial Licence, or that infringes the rights of a third party.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved faster through direct support than through formal dispute processes.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you don't agree with a change, your only recourse is to stop using the Site.
