This Privacy Policy applies to printyouth.com and to the personal information PrintYouth collects through this website, at checkout, and in the course of delivering your order and providing support. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to or that you list your products on — such as Merch by Amazon, Etsy, Redbubble, Printful or Printify — which are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Who We Are

PrintYouth is a design bundle marketplace selling print-ready artwork for t-shirts and other merchandise, aimed at print-on-demand sellers. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, PrintYouth is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website, and these terms are governed by the laws of India.

3. Information We Collect

When you buy a bundle from PrintYouth, we collect:

• Email address — required, so we can send your download link and order confirmation
• Name — optional, only used to personalise your confirmation email
• Order details — which bundle, price paid, payment status, and a unique order token used to generate your download link
• Payment metadata — Razorpay shares limited transaction details (like a payment ID and status) with us to confirm your order went through
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs, such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details. Payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use a minimal session cookie to keep your cart and checkout working correctly as you move from browsing to payment. Your saved/favourited designs are stored in your browser's local storage — that list stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

We don't use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics trackers.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your order and generate your download link
• Send transactional emails — order confirmation, download link, and support replies
• Respond when you contact us
• Detect and prevent fraudulent orders
• Keep accounting and tax records

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build a marketing profile of you.

• Razorpay — processes your payment and receives your email and order amount to do so
• Resend — our email delivery provider, used to send your order confirmation and download link
• Google Drive — hosts the design files themselves; a download link is generated per order, so no personal data is shared with Google as part of file delivery
• Our hosting provider — processes standard server logs as part of running the website

Each provider has its own privacy practices governing how it handles data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

8. Data Retention

We keep order records — email, order details, and payment status — for as long as needed to provide support, honour the licence tied to your purchase, and meet accounting and tax obligations under Indian law. Designs you've saved to your favourites live only in your browser's local storage and stay there until you clear your browser data — we never see that list.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to what we're legally required to keep for accounting purposes
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request your data in a portable format

10. Children's Privacy

PrintYouth is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

PrintYouth is based in India and sells to customers worldwide — Razorpay supports international cards at checkout. If you're accessing the site from outside India, your information will be processed in India and, where relevant, by the international service providers listed in this policy. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.

12. Security

We rely on our providers' security practices — Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant for payment handling, and our hosting and email providers use industry-standard encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we don't store sensitive payment data ourselves, which limits what could ever be exposed.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new service provider or change how we handle data. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
